Program that drills on the face of part using G12.1 runs good on an Int 50 with Fusion MT control. Try to run program on an old Int 70 with T-Plus control and when the the drill comes down to the hole it will position but wants to rotate 360 degrees first then start drilling. The next hole moves right to it. Anyone have any ideas? I'm going thru the param. book but no luck so far.

Thanks

I have seen something similar on our int200sy (640MTpro control) using mazatrol programming. On our machine if the c-value of the 1st hole in the bolt circle PLUS the c-offset on setup page is greater than 360 degrees it will sit in front of the hole and lock up. On the command page it shows a c move of 360 degrees but never actually moves.

Thanks zak300sy, we reprogrammed with the first hole at zero and it worked fine, some kind of bug I guess.
