So I just changed our post to use polar interpolation for drilling on the face of parts so it'll be easier for the programmer. Anyhow now the machine gives me an alarm 1802 "Illegal start up" on the second drilling operation in a row. Here's the code any ideas whats wrong?

Hmm you use G122.1 in G12.1 mode; I don't think this is allowed; I had some surprising experiences with that before; Try it without G122.1 and see what you get;

fooo is right, you can't use g122.1, because in G12.1 are allways diametral inputs.

G122.1 works with G12.1 on my machine just fine, I've used that alot. It's a 200IVS w/ Matrix.
I figuired out the problem anyhow. If the last hole drilled is at a negative X or C I have to move it to a positive location BEFORE I cancell 12.1. I just force the post to always output something like G0 X150. C0. right before G13.1 and everything works good!
