sub spindle just sits!

Hey all ! Ive programmed many a transfer and never had this issue. i always choose option 3 ( orient ). what happens is after the air is done blowing the sub spindle off, instead of going for the transfer...the sub spindle just sits their like its confused. A simple restart on the trnsfer unit solves this for the run. its just not necessary to do this every part i feel. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I had these isses in the past and just input a manual unit to bring a tool up and it got rid of the issue. The was never any reason that I could find nor MAZAK for that matter. Hope this helps.

I always call up a manual turn unit with a m00 before the transfer to blow off the peice and chuck im transfering to. the control is 640MT fusion. Their must be some code that the machine is not reading.
