We have just purchased a Hyper Quadrex 200 MSY with Matrix control. We plan to program it in EIA only. If anyone has an example program that they have proved out I would appreciate a copy of it. I need something for the preporatory codes that I could use as a template.
The part family we plan to do has bacic turning, drilling on center, drilling on o.d , tapping on o.d and thread millling on o.d. We will tranfer part to head #2 and do some machining there.
I would be grateful of a program that incorporates all or some of these operations ,anything is better than what I have at this point.
