So I've been trying to get my username approved for about a year. I have an i300s and a e410HS2.

Apparently Integrex Man ran into some hacking trouble but it looks like it is resolved now.

Hoping this website begins to get more active as my E410HS2 was crashed about a year ago by my boss and its been nothing but trouble since.

On that note, the B axis seems to shift out of square every few months. Anyone know what could cause that? It seems to happen very quickly out of nowhere. We are running the same parts over and over so I don't think its from straining the machine differently.

Anyway, Just wanted to say Hi and give some background.

How far does it shift out of square? There is also a good Mazak group on Facebook that has some good techs for the integrex.

From what I have seen these machines need to have alignment checked fairly frequently. This is going by an older 200sy machine but mine seems to drift off every few months by a few tenths.
