Our machine is Integrex 200-IV ST Matrix. I was told that hd1 unclamps during transfer before hd2 finishes clamping onto the part. I was told it's been doing this for a long time maybe as long as we've had the machine. Any ideas on what would cause this and what will fix it. It's on mazatrol programs. We don't program eia on this machine.

I know this is a very late reply, but we had the same problem when we got in our I300s. There are a few things it could be. I'm the engineer not the machinist but I will see how we fixed it if your still interested. I know in our case there was a parameter that controls the dwell time before the second chuck starts to actuate. That may be your issue as well.

Hey Vb,

I know it's been a while but I may have the answer you are looking for. First off, what kind of transfer are you doing? Is it a Bar pull or maybe and chuck transfer? What setting do you have setup for your approach distance in the TPC menu? are you using a push?
