Deburring Threads

I don't recall ever taking hours over it, but I do have an advantage in that we assemble a lot of the threads that we make, so the clipping isn't that critical. However if the parts are being sent out to a customer we have to be more fussy so I would then mill it.
You probably are being a perfectionist but I think that goes with the territory, I often find myself working out all sorts of goofy ways to get my 45 degree chamfer cutter into the part so that I can have neatly machined break edges.

copy your threading cycle change start point to minus half the pitch(if threading from z 0 hold offset back instead) and prog in one full pitch simples
