We have an integrex 200 mark 4 and were wondering if these machines use backup battery's. On our other 2 axis lathes, we have D-cell battery's that need replacement on occasion. I know about the servo drive backup battery's, but are there any battery's to backup the control?

I thnik it is. It's on HN163 card. Normaly it holds tha data for 5 years(6) and then you will get alarm battery malfunction. Then you have 1 week to exchange the battery.

You're right, my bad. On the fusion control, the HR081 board, on the Matrix, it's located behind the little 7-segment displys. Not sure what board # it is,
