My Integrex 400-IV has its own life...

Sometimes when I start 3D simulating or normal cycle start the error message "program not found" shows. After reset it works perfect...

The tailstock is also a little wierd.
When I set the teach position in the setup, it wont take it.
I move the tailstock against the workpiece manually until it "beeps", then teach and input.
I move tailstock to home position, and starts the program. But the tailstock want to run into the workpiece with 6 m/min, no slowing down to 1,2 m/min...

Tried that several times with no success.
But after a reboot of the machine it worked perfect...

Sometimes the 3D simulating won't work, reboot and then ok...

Maybe it needs at software update...

Wich Version of Mazatrol SW do you have?(example: BA). Looks like you need to update your NC controls SW or maybe even Servo SW.

DIAGNOSE>VERSION>look at left upper corner for MAIN-A 1001W000-BE(nc system sw) and also for MAIN-B 1001W000-B(mazatrol sw). I thnik if you call your local support, they will help you out with this.

It/s hard to say, if SW is making the problems. If you send me the parameters of your machine i can make some diagnose, if you want? you know how to download the parameter to you USB?
1.Go to DATA I/O menu
2.On the left side select USB menu.
3. On the right side select DIR SELECT. Now input new directory or existing One, in wich you will save the paramters. Then klick OK
4. Then on the left side select NC-ğUSB menu. Now with TAB key on your nice keyboard select left downer window and with input button select all the parameters. Then on the right side select START to copy the parameters to usb.
Then upload them here:

Looks like you really need the SW update. There is nothing wrong with the parameters. And one more thing, did you ever get any alarms from 1 to 199, during automatic operation? This is important.

What program do you use to open the .DBD files?

Not having those alarms, what I can think of.
But I'll print out a note so all operators are informed.

paramexplorer for matrix will open DBD files. Also you can compare to other machines paramters. You can find this parameter explorer in c:\mainte\MatrixParaExp.exe.

When did you bought this machine?

You know, i can/t do anything about this. I thnik it/s better to call local Mazak service guys. They have the telephone numbers of Mitsubishi engineers.:))))). itd really, call them. In opposite, you may get serious damage, trust me.

Unfortunally we have an issue with the machine seller/service :(

So I hope we can get help as fast as possible...

What can happen? What alarms are "dangerous" and why?
